Step 1) Finding a picture that works

For this tutorial I used an image I found searching through Google images. You can use one of your own or find the same one I used there. Once you have it go ahead and open the image up in Photoshop. Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool to create a selection like in the picture below

Step 2) Duplicating the selection for modification

Once you have the selection created we will want to make a copy as we never want to mess up the original. To do this with your selection still active press Ctrl + J. This will make a copy of the selection.

Once you have the copy we are going to make some adjustments. To do this go to Image > Adjustments > Levels and use settings similar to the images below.

And now see the difference:

Step 3) Removing the Pink from the lips

It is looking better than before but we should get rid of the pink lips. To do this select your Eraser tool and a sharp round brush. Now simply go over the area of the lips with pink on it to remove it from the selection.

Step 4) Removing the Purple from the teeth

To finish off this tutorial we will remove the purple hue that was left on the teeth. To do this go to Image> Adjustments > Hue/Saturation with the parameters like in the image below:

And now our purple hue removed:

Step 5) Making all the teeth visible

Now as you can see this has already done a really decent job of touching up the teeth. One last step we can do to cover the small teeth in the corner of the mouth is use the Dodge Tool, with settings of 45px, midtones for the range, and an exposure of 50%, and use this on the teeth in the corner.
